 エコマスターは水を媒体とした高分子原料を応用した製法です.従来のように有機溶剤や油を使用しないため,環境に対してとてもやさしい エコロジックなシステムで製造されています。
ECOMASTER is a water based medium, coupled　with an application of a non-toxic　polyurethane emulsion. It employs no　hazardous oils, solvents or chemcals, in its　manufacturing technique, Unlike other man　made leathers, ECOMASTER produces absolutely no　pollutants that may damage the environment.

 製法
　エコマスターは水を媒体とした高分子原料を応用した製法です.従来のように有機溶剤や油を使用しないため,環境に対してとてもやさしい エコロジックなシステムで製造されています。
 
表皮層
摩耗に強く，柔らかく，表面には目には見えない無数のミクロの穴を持ち、
水や空気の自由な移動を妨げない特殊な性質を備えています
The surface layer consists of hundred of microscopic holes,　enabling Koatsu to make ECOMASTER a fully customised leather.
Not only can any colour and any pattern be created, but,　ventilation,permeation and water resistance levels can be tailor-made.　This versatity is accomplished whithout the application of harmful chemicals in any stage of the　manufacturing process
 
スポンジ層
まるで細胞のようなミクロの袋が無数につらなって，クッション性に富み断熱性,保温性を有し豊満なボリューム感を表現しています。
もちろん袋と袋は連統気泡になっており、水や空気は透過します．
The revolutionary core (sponge) layer does not　require any toxic substances in its developmennt.
  A water basedmedium, it incorporates minute pouches　which are interlinked to from a truly breathable,　light weight leather.　It has superir insulation　shock and moisture absorqtion properties, making　ECOMASTER the world,s most comfortable wearing leather.
 
繊維層
極細繊維を不縁構造で組み,あらゆる方向に対して天然素材と同じ様な伸びとしなやかさを持たせるとともに,素材全体の強度バランスをも高めています。
The unique threads that make up the fibre layer are　first squn, then split further into super fine　interwoven fibres. This results in the elastic, yet,　strong material that is ECOMASTER

エコマスター　11cm3/cm2/sec.
天然素材　1cm3/cm2/sec.
エコマスターは天然皮と比べ10倍以上の通気性があります．
吸水性能（たとえば100gの素材がだきこむことの出来る水分量）
エコマスター　　１２０ｇ
天然皮革　１００ｇ
但し比較に用いた天然皮革は、４点試験をした内最も数値のよいものを用いました。
重量（重さは、天然皮革の半分）
